About us
Masters Trailside Tavern is an homage to the past, present, and future of the people who call the borough of Export, Pennsylvania home. Located in this historic, coal-mining town, the towering building that Masters resides in, has been a focal point of the borough since the 1800’s. Sitting on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Washington Avenue, Masters Trailside Tavern beckons new and familiar faces to the business district of Export.
While the facade of this building has changed through the years, we hope that as a restaurant we can call back to her past while celebrating something new. With refurbished wood and recycled materials from the original interior of the building, the inside is industrial and reminiscent of the coal-mining days of Export. Elevated, classic cocktails, a scratch-kitchen that serves fresh food, and an espresso machine brewing Pittsburgh’s La Prima coffee work together to bring components of the past and future to create a unique dining experience.
